City Council Emergency Session December 17, 2009 City Council Chambers

Members Present: Linda Koppelmann, Mayor Roger Logdahl, Amy Pifher, and Mike Stevens Absent: Bob Zimmer Also Present: City Clerk/Treasurer Michael McKinney

Mayor Logdahl called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m. and explained that the purpose of the emergency session was to hold a closed session for preliminary consideration of allegations of misconduct made against an individual subject to the City Council’s authority.

Stevens motioned to adjourn, seconded by Koppelmann, MCU. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. The next City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
